How do I access my O&M Documents?

Go to the Key Contacts, O&M's & Drawings page. From there you will find O&M manuals and drawings from all sub-contractors instructed on this project. Click on the separate icons within each box and it will open up the file in a new tab.​

I'm trying to open a sub-contractor O&M but it won't open, what do I do?

Some of the O&M manuals are quite large and take a little time to open, please ensure that you have a strong internet connection to view all files.

 

Is there a way to search files?

Yes! Click here to head over to the complete file storage page. From there you can use the search function to quickly filter through the documents.

 

How do you know I have checked my warranty?

Scanning of the QR code is linked to our analytics, we can see when you accessed the webpage and will also have a copy of the evidence you submitted. QR codes are placed around your building next to the relevant product / piece of machinery.

 

I need you to update something, how do I do this?

Head over to the Contact section of the website. Here you can email or call us regarding what you need updating.

 

How regularly do you update this website?

We regularly monitor the O&Ms and update the documentation, as required.
